Korean Grocery Store Return Policy

At Korean Grocery Store, your satisfaction matters to us. While we don’t accept returns for change of mind, here’s when you can return a product:

We Accept Returns If:

- The item is damaged, defective, or expired
- You received the wrong item

Let us know within:

- 24–48 hours for incorrect items
- 7 days for damaged or expired non-perishables (e.g. snacks, sauces)

We Do Not Accept Returns For:

- Opened or used items (unless damaged or defected)
- Perishable goods like fresh, frozen, or refrigerated foods
- Sale or clearance items
- Change-of-mind purchases

How to Return: Bring the item and your receipt to our shop

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days via cash, M-Pesa, or your original payment method.
